Providing the customer with high quality products and services is a key element in TGE’s continued business success.
TGE has recognised the importance of effective quality management to ensure consistent performance on such high level. Therefore TGE has organised its management system in compliance with ISO 9001.
The health and well-being of our employees and all others potentially affected by our activities is very important to us. This is reflected in our corporate policy, which identifies continuous improvement in health and safety as one of our key objectives.
To ensure that this objective is effectively pursued TGE has organised their management system to meet the requirements of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems), an internationally recognised standard. Compliance with this standard is certified by an accredited certification body.
Health and safety aspects are considered in all TGE activities. Main areas for health and safety management are not only the construction sites under TGE control and TGE office related activities but also the operation of the plant after mechanical completion. The last area, safety during commissioning and operation, is a main focus in all TGE design activities. Extensive safety design reviews (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, Hazardous Area Reviews…) are being carried out as a standard way of working.
The environmental conditions, under which we live, will become more and more a key factor for quality of life. Due to increasing globalisation environmental conditions will depend even more on the actions and the behaviour of mankind.
Therefore it should be anybody´s and any organisation´s moral responsibility to control their activities in view of the environmental impacts.
TGE fully accepts this responsibility and commits itself to manage their activities accordingly. This is expressed in our company policy and the fact that environmental management has become an important pillar of our integrated management system. The management system is certified by an accredited certification body to be in compliance with ISO 14001.
Environmental aspects are considered in all areas of TGE activity. This applies to TGE work processes (e.g. managing construction sites, office work, planning travel arrangements…) as well as the operation of the plants that we design and deliver. Design activities are organised with a focus on environmental issues, especially the reduction of energy and resource consumption during operation. Particular environmental design review techniques (ENVOP) have been developed to support this.
