Job: Working Student Internal Audit

Interview with Leon Ortwein

What is the most important experience you have gained from your apprenticeship at TGE?

The most important experience I have made so far at TGE is that honest self-reflection and receiving constructive criticism from colleagues is one of the most important condition for continuous self-improvement.

Why did you want to work at TGE?

At TGE, you have the opportunity to work in an international and experienced company. This involves meeting many employees from different nations, with whom you work on projects across departments. This multicultural working environment offers a good introduction to the professional world of an internationally active company. Especially for me as a working student, TGE offers the opportunity to put into practice what I have learned during my studies so far. In addition, the company pays attention to a balance between work and study, which is enhanced by a flexible working time model.

Describe TGE in 3 words.

Innovative. Experienced. International.
