Inner tank is designed as a single wall flat bottom tank without a roof.
Outer tank is a flat bottom tank and a pre-stressed concrete wall with a steel liner of the outer tank wall. Roof is a domed steel roof supported on the outer tank wall with a suspended deck for the insulation.
