In support of our international team in our office in Bonn we are looking for a Procurement Clerk - Working Student with immediate effect:

In this role you will be responsible for
  • Support Purchaser and Expeditor Team
  • Update Delivery Dates in the ERP System
  • Update Procurement Database
  • Follow up Pre-Qualification of new suppliers
  • Verifies receipt of Documentation with Engineer in Charge (EIC) and Document Control
  • Retrieves data from Navision for reporting purposes (Jet reports)
  • Create technical release of products on a TRN note, if required for selected items in cooperation with the EIC
  • When a delay is reported informs Expediting Clerk and Project Procurement Manager
  • Maintain statistics on inspections, planned/performed/waived in relation to number of purchase orders and gather information on the effectiveness of these vendor inspections in view of preventing noncompliance cost

  •  Studies (at least three semesters completed) in the field of economics / business law / personal management or similar
  • Good knowledge of English (fluent in spoken and written)
  • Preferable Hands-on experience with ERP software (e.g. MS-NAV)

  • Creativity, trustworthiness, integrity and loyalty
